List of Documents to be attached and to be brought at the time of verification of Testimonials/ certificates etc. during Physical Counseling

All the candidates, who report for verification of testimonials/ certificates etc. at the time of admission, must bring the following Original Certificates/ Testimonials with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required Original Certificates/ Documents/ Testimonials at the time of counseling, will forfeit his/her claim to admission:-

• Rank Card of relevant entrance test(s) including AIEEE-2011, DET (L)-2011, OLET-MCA-2011, Valid GATE Score Card, MAT, if appeared.
• Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 Intermediate / Senior Secondary School Examination (for eligibility) for UG Course and Graduation / Post Graduation marks sheets and degrees in case of PG courses.
• Matriculation / High School Certificate (for date of birth)
• 10 Passport size recent coloured photos.
• Character Certificate from the Institution last attended (for regular students).
• Migration Certificate
• Address Proof (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill etc).
• Print-out of the Application form submitted online with photograph and attested copies of all relevant certificates and testimonials.
• Certificate of Medical Fitness in the prescribed proforma.
• An Affidavit, in the format attached at Appendix- A ,by the candidate counter signed by the parent / guardian for non-indulgence in ragging

Note:- All Originals and two sets of attested photocopies of all applicable documents/ testimonials/ certificates must be brought at the time of physical counseling.
