Additional Instructions Specific For B.Tech. Courses

Candidates desirous of seeking admission in B.Tech. programmes of 4 year duration through normal entry may note that admission in these programmes shall be primarily made on the basis of merit in AIEEE-2011. In respect of any seats remaining vacant, on the basis of merit in qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 / Senior Secondary examination or equivalent.
Candidates desirous of seeking admission in B.Tech programmes on three year duration through Lateral Entry directly to 2nd year may note that admission in these programmes shall be made on the basis of merit in DET-2011. In respect of any seats remaining vacant, on the basis of merit in qualifying examination i.e. Diploma in Engineering.
