Over the last year, MRCE has gone from strength to strength. In our endeavour to become a high quality institution, the teaching learning process has been completely revamped. This system now calls for greater interaction between students and faculty members. Efforts are made to address the needs of students needing special care as well as of advanced learners. Through our summer training programmes and soft skills courses, we provide value inputs, additional to those prescribed by the M D University, to our students so that they become highly competitive and secure jobs in the best companies of the country. All this is supported by involving the College in national initiatives that provide quality educational opportunities like the Virtual Laboratory programme of the Ministry of Human resource Development for which we have been declared as a Nodal Centre.

It is our goal to produce well rounded students who are technically capable and possess the right attitudes and soft skills. We encourage our students to take part in extra and co curricular activities through our various clubs and technical societies. They learn to run these clubs and societies under the guidance of faculty members, organize events, and compete with peer students nationally and internationally.

It reflects the thinking of what we want to be and sets standards against which the performance of the college is measured.
